These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The AI Lead Machine (the "Product"), sold by Jenova Tech ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Product, you ("you", "the Customer") agree to these Terms.

1.What you are buying

The Product is a digital solution and its accompanying documentation — including guides, templates, prompts, and an automation workflow file. It is delivered as an instant digital download after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

We sell the solution and the documentation only. We do not sell an operational, hosted, or managed service, and we do not run, host, or operate the solution for you.

2.Your responsibility to run it

You are solely responsible for setting up, configuring, and running the Product in your own environment, including obtaining and paying for any third-party accounts or services it relies on (for example, automation platforms, data sources, and AI or API providers). We are not responsible for the operation, results, uptime, or outcomes of the solution once it is in your hands.

You are responsible for using the Product lawfully — including compliance with anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR), data-protection rules, and the terms of service of any platform or data source you use it with.

3.Support

One free onboarding session. Each Customer is entitled to a single, one-time online meeting to help you get started with setup.
Further support is paid. Any assistance beyond that first session — additional calls, troubleshooting, customization, or ongoing help — is provided as a separate paid service, quoted and agreed in advance.
Support is offered on a reasonable-effort basis and does not guarantee any specific result.

4.License, resale & rebranding

On payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Product for your own personal and commercial purposes, including running it for your own clients. This license also grants you the right to modify, rebrand, and resell the Product and its materials as part of your own offerings, for your own commercial gain.

When you resell or rebrand, the following apply:

You may not resell or market the Product using our name, branding, or trademarks, and you may not claim that your version is endorsed by, affiliated with, or supported by us.
You are solely responsible for your own customers — including their support, refunds, delivery, and legal compliance. Our support and refund obligations run only to you, the original purchaser, not to your customers.
The Product is provided to you "as is"; reselling it does not extend any warranty or liability from us to your customers.
You may not publicly post the raw files for free download in a way that undermines the Product's commercial value (for example, dumping them on public file-sharing sites).

5.Third-party services

The Product references and works alongside third-party tools and platforms. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, changes, or terms. Any costs charged by those third parties are yours to pay.

6.Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the Product does not work as described, email us within 7 days for a full refund. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, refunds outside this window are at our discretion.

7.Intellectual property

All content in the Product is our intellectual property or licensed to us. Your license does not transfer ownership. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the files except as expressly permitted in Section 4.

8.No warranties

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant or guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, income, or business results. Any figures or examples shown are illustrative only.

9.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Product or any third-party service.

10.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Egypt.
